Absolutely stunning castle ruins. Dog friendly, peaceful and a photographers dream. We visited on a week day, and I could have spent all day sat in the grounds. Lots of Barn Martin flying displays and songs. No cafe though, so take a flask and some lunch and soak up the tranquility.

Came here as part of our UK castle tour. Located just off the duel carriage way and there is plenty of parking. Not expensive to enty as some castles are. The castle itself is quite a big ruin with part of it with a small moat with water in still. There are plenty of locations to explore and a few places you can go up stairs to other levels. Its one of the better castles to explore.

Raglan Castle is an amazing place to visit. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and although the castle is now a ruin, its historical significance is evident everywhere you look. It's fascinating to walk through and imagine what life was like centuries ago. The site is well cared for, with great facilities and plenty of parking, making for a very comfortable visit. Whether you're interested in history or simply looking for a fantastic place to explore, Raglan Castle offers a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Magnificent. Loads of variety and bits to explore. Lovely areas for picnics, excellent gift shop, explains the history really well. It's well worth the entrance fee.

Really interesting and pretty castle. The stories about what was there when the castle was standing there a few centuries ago were interesting. You can go literally everywhere at this castle, even the towers which have really nice view.
