Staff are always really friendly really convenient that the changing rooms are family based and the pool is right next door. The only reason it hasn’t got a five star is I think the showers could do with a little bit more upkeep. Some of them are broken and some don’t work, but overall a good experience.

AUTISM DISCRIMINATION AND CHONIC MENTAL ILLNESS BIGOTRY!!! I'm a very vulnerable adult and a woman did not reject me nicely and from what I been told I hear that she's a teacher and works with autistic people, and she called the police on me for something very minor. She said I was stalking her which is clearly a lie. someone like her should have some level of understanding for me. Seems like she's the type that only cares when it suits her. I have a illness called rejection sensitivity dysphoria. This disgraceful establishment played the biased law system to make my illness worse. It's an illness I can't help having and I've took masses of responsibility for myself, by trying to get lots of help managing myself on my rejection sensitivity. There is clear evidence that it can cause series health problems. I've been arrested and incarcerated which put me in constant agony. I've been targeted because of my vulnerabilities by the police and this is absolute barbaric. I've been treated as a criminal. When I was in the gym people held grudges against me because what I've done in the past, used it as an excuse to single me out to target me. I wasn't being creepy, I was just being friendly just like everyone else. And these vile people went behind my back. The gym staff act like they did not have a care in the world and treated me as a dangerous criminal. And I was branded in the papers and media that I am an entitled weirdo and a predator, which is absolute nonsense which is only sugar coating to some of the victims and advocates. It's unacceptable that my pain is shrugged off. The media most the time lies, what has been said about me was completely blown outta proportion. It never said anything about when I was abused in the past. The media never tells the whole story. It's absolute appalling of how heartless people can be. People don't even take the time to get to know me. I promise to everyone I am not faking my serious illness.

I go riverside gym during the day, usally fine nothing to complain about, been going for a couple month now. The hygiene of the showers etc are awful, i see the same yellow residue on the walls of the same shower since i started there, toilets are hardly working always out of order, showers hardly work, the doors and entrance points seem to stop working especially to the spa. Admin side is rubbish, cannot ever get through to them on the phone when you email it takes them a week to reply and admin mistakes keep causing me trouble to book anything! I had an incorrect strike agaisnt my name because i apparently didnt turn up to a massage which i def did i clocked in at main reception and spa reception and now i can book because i have a debt on my account just because i changed my membership to start the next month and now i cant book anything or get in touch with you to sort it out. So unimpressed with this place but only go cause the gym cause there 2 i can go to which work for me and the gyms arent bad, its everything else.

Working with Charlotte at Honest Coaching PT has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. In such a short space of time, I’ve already noticed a huge change in both my weight and my confidence, and I’m really pleased with the progress I’ve made so far. Before starting, I genuinely hated going to the gym and found it really intimidating, but Charlotte has completely changed that for me & I actually enjoy going now. She’s really supportive, encouraging, and makes sessions feel comfortable and achievable. She’s also great at explaining everything clearly, so you understand exactly what you’re doing and what muscles you’re working, which has helped me feel much more confident training on my own too. Alongside workouts, she’s also given me really helpful advice around being in a calorie deficit and nutrition in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. I’d highly recommend Charlotte to anyone who wants support reaching their goals while actually enjoying the process!

I do not recommend this facility. It could be excellent, but its potential is completely wasted. One of the biggest issues is the lack of cleanliness... the grime and unpleasant smells, especially in the health suite, are unacceptable. To make matters worse, guests are asked to leave the health suite midday for cleaning, which shows poor planning. Even more concerning, I’ve witnessed female cleaners entering the male changing rooms and beginning to clean while men are fully naked... completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. The health suite is consistently dirty, poorly maintained, and often smells bad. The jacuzzi is also out of order around 50% of the time. It's an absolute joke for a place that’s supposed to promote health, hygiene, and relaxation.
