Lots to do at this park, even for very young children (18 months+). The water adventure park is especially good as there are areas where parents can keep an eye on very young children but they can still enjoy splashing about in the water and a large seating area and tables with parasols for families, including sun loungers. There's a small animal farm where you can feed some of the animals - these include capybaras, meerkat, goats, emu and smaller ones such as rabbits and guinea pigs. There's also a reptile house. I think there's something for everyone. Indoor activities are available too with air conditioning. Toilet facilities are adequate.

A cross between Sundown and Gullivers. AMAZING WATER PARK AREA. Rest of park is a mix of animals and rides, some areas very clean and new, others are very grotty and need some attention. More indoor activities than Gullivers, across multiple buildings. Enough for younger kids, approx 18 months old but I'd say geared more towards 4-8 year old due to ride height restrictions. Toilets are a bit.... gross, and indoor play area needs a good clean and fix. Prices are reasonable, staff are lovely and water play area IS THE BEST. If you come just for that it's worth it on a hot day. Kids will love it.

Really enjoyed our day out here, lots of rides for the little ones and it's a nice spacious park too. It would be good if they brought back time slots for the water park though as it was way too busy, because of this it meant little children could not enjoy this as older children were splashing, squirting and running around everywhere making it dangerous. It was far better with enforced time slots as numbers were limited.

We took part in the capybara experience as they are my sons favourite animal so purchased it as a birthday gift. Really pleased with the whole experience the handler was so lovely and really informative gave us lots of facts, let us ask any questions and was happy to take photos for us. The capybaras were amazing and Winnie was so friendly my son absolutely loved it and seeing him get so close to an animal he adores was really special and is a memory that will stay with us both. My partner was stood outside the fence and he said multiple people walking past were making rude comments about us being in there and the price of it and it’s not worth it etc but I 100% think it is. We looked at every capybara experience but none had availability near our sons birthday then we found this one and drove 2 and a half hours to it. So I know the prices of this experience and this one was the cheapest, has the longest time limit, has the most capybaras that take part in the experience and you also get a teddy which was a decent size and good quality and a lovely certificate! So we are more than happy with our experience, Thank you!

Extremely poor experience and will be looking at obtaining money back. Tropical greenhouse isn't in use but the gift shop is attached to this building, plants are growing inside and through the glass panels, it's been left to over grow, water is collecting in coloured canvases in the ceiling and bulging. Dirty cafe area so much so we wiped down the table ourselves with antibacterial hand wash and napkins. The petting experience involves them putting Guinea pigs into buckets in-between groups which I find inhumane and the kids don't get to learn about them it is in and out as quickly as possibly whilst staff go on their phones. You have to find the staff for the rides as they aren't where they are supposed to be. Food is ridiculous expensive for the quality of what you get. Some rides inside are extra money even when paying £20 for your child to enter. I e climbing wall. They shut a lot of stuff off at around 3pm. A lot of things are broken or worn down so can't be used. My partner who paid for it all as a mother's day treat commented how it's coming across as a money grabbing scheme.
