Not for toddlers, unless they confident. Do the reasech before booking for toddlers. My 4 year old loves climbing and is just a begginner. He climbs mainly on not completely vertical climbing stones. The photo on booking system is misleading. When booked, i was under impression the walls for under 5s are smaller and its more "toddler friendly". When we arrive we were told is just a session on tall walls. My toddler was too overwhelmed of the huge climbing walls. He was left crying as he was just not sure of the huge walls.i think the expexrience discouraged him from climbing. Staff was young and did not do nothing to encourage or reassure (not that this id their job, i know). However, i believe the walls are way to big for under 5s. So if you booking, just do the reaseach. Looks like good fun for older kids. I just waisted money

Thoroughly excellent party. The safety briefing left our group of 8, 8 year olds and 2 adult supervisers feeling confident that we would have a good time and we did. The girls could clip in and out independently but if they did struggle we could assist or members of staff were ready to help. The girls were taught how to test the tension and the safe ways to descend the walls, staircase to heaven and drop slide. Was so fun to watch the girls confidence grow and see them cheering each other on. Definitely recommend it as a party option.

My son had a great time at Rock Up yesterday. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities are good too, there’s a cafe on site and lots of tables to offer good seating. The instructors are very considerate as my son lost his glasses, they found them and placed them in reception. Thank goodness for the good staff at this location, they are all brilliant

Great place! My 14-year-olds had an amazing time – fun climbing walls, friendly staff, and a well-organised space. Perfect for active teens. Highly recommend Rock Up Rushden Lakes!
