Took my 4 year old and 6 year old granddaughters . We was all charged over £17 each and offered no discounts. There's also a very small soft play area that we had to pay an extra £5.25 per child. Cafe was very small but had what we needed. Staff redeemed the day and izzy was absolutely amazing, very helpful, very informative and very professional.

Had a brilliant visit here, received fantastic customer service from Mike! He made us feel so welcome and really went the extra mile for my three children. Walls are fun and challenging, and the soft play is clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our visit.

One of the staff members was absolutely amazing with my daughter. It was her first time climbing and she was extremely nervous and quite upset at first. A lovely lady (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) took the time to build her confidence and completely turned her experience around. By the end, she had climbed five walls and hasn’t stopped asking to go back since! I honestly can’t recommend this place enough.

This was our fourth visit and it was one of the best. The climbing area wasn’t crowded and the girls could climb where they wanted. I understand that as the girls are school age and can only go in the holidays, it will be busy. They enjoy it. As a former Scout leader, I think it’s a brilliant idea and I’m sure inspires some children to go on and climb outside.

A brilliant atmosphere from the moment we walked in. All staff were friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Great value for money, lots of different challenges, clean and tidy environment and facilities. A calm and enjoyable experience considering the nature of the activity. Looking forward to returning!
