Really clean beach stretching as far as the eye can see. There was an ice cream van on rhe day we visited. The only toilet facilities were a couple of porta-loos in the main car park.

Beautiful beach. Sections are dogs on lead only at certain times of the year. If you're lucky you might get to see some of the baby marsh birds. Stunning sunsets at this point. It is a stoney beach so consider some flip-flops if you dislike the feeling. Big park park with porta loo that is reasonably priced. Smaller unmarked and unrestricted parking spot closer to the beach. Ideal for overnight campers due to the carpark closing at 21:00

Snettisham is a lovely beach for walking along and enjoying the peace and quiet. We enjoy it better there when the tide is up rather than at low tide. Facilities are limited and the car park has the usual pay meter. Possible to park further away and walk down to the beach. Also you can walk to the RSPB reserve nearby

Despite it being a very wet and windy winter’s day, Snettisham Beach was still absolutely beautiful. There’s something wonderfully refreshing about being there when the elements are in full force, the wide open space, the sound of the sea, and that crisp, salty air that clears the head and lifts the spirit. What makes it extra special here is that, because the beach faces west across The Wash, it’s one of those rare UK beaches where you can watch the sun set over the sea. So I’m sure we need to revisit when the suns been shining in all its glory!! Regardless the weather, quiet, raw, and grounding… a reminder that nature doesn’t need perfect weather to be perfect.

We visited Snettisham Beach at sunset and it was absolutely beautiful. The beach was very quiet and peaceful, with stunning sky colours reflecting over the water. We also saw plenty of birds, which made the experience feel even more special and close to nature. It’s a perfect place for a calm walk, photography, and simply enjoying the serenity away from crowds. Highly recommended for anyone who loves peaceful coastal scenery.
