My experience was great. The staff were incredibly helpful especially the young men working at the zip line who helped my kids over come their fear (Christopher, Haqi and Josh). The place was cool considering the heat outside. I would definitely come back.

My little one had the best time celebrating her birthday! Soft play is great fun and very clean. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Will definitely be booking another party soon!

Used this leisure centre for the soft play area only. The centre is very large and the soft play area is well equipped with numerous areas, including trampolines, bouncy castles and the usual soft playground type activities. There is also a set of basketball hoops inside the soft play which my son loved. Unfortunately the staff (not all but the majority) let this place down. It's chaotic just to book let alone get into the place and once there, the staff within the soft play generally don't care what's going on. Inside the bouncy castle area, the staff seemed more interested in how many bouncy back flips they could do than the safety the kids and almost hit them several times. Whilst there are many tables for parents to sit at outside, the staff seem uninterested in keeping them clean and had to be asked to do so several times by their manager who seemed exhausted. The staff appear to be mostly late teenagers who weren't taking the job seriously which is a shame because the venue has much to offer. Other things to mention - parking is around the back and badly signposted and very expensive. Its also used for Arsenal matchday parking so gets busy when they're playing. Theyll tell you that you that you cannot bring food inside (there is a small cafe selling drinks and sandwiches), but this does not appear to be enforced. Overall a let down but we didn't let it spoil my son's birthday.

We were there 1 week ago celebrating my girl's bday. We all loved it. Members of staff are really nice, place is clean and lots of space for kids to play. My friends and I also joined the fun. We will come back for sure

We love love love this place. Whether you live far or close this is a great place for your little ones. Firstly you can bring your buggy/prams as they have a place for you to park it, secondly you should buy your tickets online to save time and thirdly bring plenty of water as you will need it. I went here with my toddler and she loves it. They have a huge space dedicated to the giant jungle gym where you can either play in the under 2’s area or where all the other older kids go. This is adult friendly and strong enough for you to also enjoy and bring out your inner kid. After 10 minutes I was already sweating and felt like this was PE all over again. If can get very busy as we saw multiple birthdays parties here booked into different time slots. Depending on when you book you will be given a coloured paper wrist band on your child’s wrist that determines the time for you leave. The allocated time slot is definitely enough time for your little ones to work up a sweat and for you to leave with them ready for nap time. Highly recommend this place to all parents who want a nice day out that won’t break the bank and has clean changing facilities in multiple toilets so even if you have to wait it won’t be for too long. They also have a cafe on site so you can refresh with sweet treats and even a refreshing slushy. We came here by guys and it was easily accessible with the buggy and easy to find. Heads up parents you should be dressed comfortably as you too will be moving around and climbing, jumping and rolling around.
