The pool incorporates advanced UV disinfectant technology to enhance water quality, and recent refurbishments have improved changing facilities and added a reception area and viewing gallery. Lovely pool. Never full. Great temperature ... but sadly I took my disabled young person we came out of the pool in good time ..it takes him a bit longer to dress due to his disability ...I overheard a member of staff refer to my son and complain oh he takes forever to get dressed! I felt very disappointed ...not been back since.

A small pool but very nice and I think we'll run. Seems very clean and the classes seem to be very well attended and run by competent likeable people who relate to the children well no matter their ability. Grandchildren one 6 the other 9 had two weeks of lessons approximately one hour duration 10 pound each per session. The 9 year old was sitting diving at the end of two weeks, back stroke, breast stroke, front crawl the 6 yr old could almost swim a width. Both had fun and we're very tired afterwards 😉 No photography allowed inside.

I’m in my 30s now and I learnt to swim in this pool many years ago, not with the current swim school that own the pool but it is a fantastic facility. It’s a small pool so excellent for children learning to swim 20m in length I think and usually split into shallow, middle and deep for lessons. I also used to teach swimming lessons here before I went off to university in 2008 so I know that if the changing rooms haven’t been upgraded still they will really need doing so soon because they are so old. Regardless to swim here is still way better than the local leisure centre because it’s less crowded here and it’s a lovely pool. No disabled access to the pool here as only steps to get in and out.
