Visit websiteThe gym is in poor condition, many things have not worked for a long time, not to mention the dirt on the equipment, many teenagers 14-15 years old who use heavy weights in the process of which they injure themselves, and the employees do not pay attention to this and allow them to do it, even after noticing an obvious problem to the employee, he seemed very rude to me, and he did not contribute to solving the problem in any way
We really like the facilities and especially the swimming pool. Our kids live the little slide and the flume.
Staff are amazing and the swim school teaching is good, the place needs a good investment in the toilets and facilities, but the staff are trying their best. After complaining a month ago and speaking with the manager Elliot he explained about plans to invest heavily in this pool if they get a longer contract. I recommend everyone to feedback on things they want fixing, more we say more improvements will see being done.
Good pool and has recently had work done on the area surrounding the pool edge. a decent well equipped gym, just check when the school has access to it to prevent getting there and finding it full of students. Could do with a better variety of classes
I'm a member at Crowborough but took an aqua class here. Ruth fantastic. Pool not great - bit dirty with sand (?). Showers ok but not particularly powerful. Lots of lockers and changing cubicles. Didn't use cafe. Reception staff friendly enough.
