We had the most amazing experience with Sally and team for my best friends hen at Stoke Wood Alpacas. This was the perfect outdoor activity for our trip and everyone went above and beyond to make the trip so special. It was amazing to learn about these beautiful animals and feed them a grass pellet or two before heading off on our walk with them. It was extremely entertaining and enjoyable and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a fun activity in the area. We were even met with tea and cake at the end of our walk. Thank you Sally and team for going above and beyond to make this experience one to remember :D

What an amazing time we've had today with Sally & Steve who have been so accommodating, not forgetting the 20 alpacas. You can see how well they are cared for. Extremely inviting and warm people as was the tea and cake. We've all learnt so much. Thank you. Also I have never experienced such a fantastic outside toilet. 👌

I organised an alpaca walking experience at Stoke Wood Alpacas for my best friend's hen do this weekend, and it was honestly one of the most magical experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, Steve, Sally and Monica made us feel so welcome. The introductory talk was fascinating and gave us a real insight into the alpacas and the incredible care they receive. Feeding them was such a special experience, and the walk itself was absolutely brilliant. The alpacas were so friendly, calm and well-behaved, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was clear to see how much love, dedication and outstanding care the team puts into their animals. The setting is beautiful, with stunning surroundings that made the day feel even more special. We were also incredibly well looked after, with hot and cold drinks, delicious cake, and even suncream provided for us! It was the perfect activity for a hen do and created memories we'll cherish forever. We are so grateful to Steve, Sally and Monica for making the day so wonderful. I cannot recommend Stoke Wood Alpacas highly enough – a truly magical experience from start to finish.

Steve and Sally at Stoke Wood Alpacas absolutely nailed the experience from start to finish. We kicked things off with a fascinating (and genuinely informative) talk about alpacas—their history, quirks, and where they seem to have aquired their personality. Then it was straight into meeting the girls for feeding time, which quickly turned into a lesson in alpaca food enthusiasm. The highlight though? Walking the boys around the field and feeding them on every bush they past! Mine—Billy—was clearly the handsome one of the group, and I stand by the belief that he bore a striking resemblance to me. Coincidence? I think not. To round it all off, we were treated to tea and cake, which felt like a well-earned reward after two hours of alpaca bonding. A genuinely enjoyable, and very memorable experience.

Had a brilliant time feeding and walking the alpacas. Steve and his family were lovely and I really enjoyed the history lesson at the start. All the adults and kids loved it. The tea and cakes at the end were very welcome. Highly recommend!
