Great employs lived the swim very very cheap for my family and will definitely visit again unfortunately i wasn't able to tip the employee but will do so the next time we come which will be soon . We had a wonderful experience in this swim centre the best one u could possibly go to. Me and my friends also went and we had a great time just the three if us.❤️❤️❤️

Emailed management to cancel my daughter’s swimming lessons due to no progress being made in the classes, with the same lesson content each week. Had no response, even after 2 weeks and numerous emails sent to management. The online lesson portal that shows what progress your child is making hasn’t been updated since August 2025. Company are happy to take £60 each month without progression, 6 children in a class - they spend half the lesson waiting for their turn. We now go to a hotel venue with Swim Time, different lesson plan each week and after 2 weeks my daughter has already progressed more than she did in 7 months at swim central!

What an absolute joke of a service. We paid over £90 for a group swim session and were completely ripped off. • Turned up at 3:10pm, but the receptionist was too busy arguing with another customer to deal with us. Didn’t get checked in until 3:20pm. • After changing, we finally got into the pool at 3:25pm. • Barely 10 minutes later, the receptionist actually interrupted us mid-swim to demand more money – wasting even more of the time we’d already paid for. • Then, at 3:59pm, the lifeguard blew the whistle and shouted at us to get out because the next group was waiting. So for £90+, we got just 25 minutes of swimming before being kicked out. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and clearly have no respect for paying customers. Total scam. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Myself & my sister have been attending the aqua aerobics on tues/thurs for over 5 months, we love it. As well as keeping us fit, we've made new friends and I've added swimming on a Monday too. Love the place, staff are friendly & helpful, and are always on top of keeping things clean & tidy. Love the pool, always just the right temperature. Love the overall experience.

Took my 10 week old son to his first lesson today at swim Central. First time coming here and I was very impressed. The lady who showed us where to go, Katie, was lovely and so friendly as was the other lady at reception. Didn't catch a name. The facilities are great and lesley was so accommodating to it being his first time there. My son loved his lesson (although not a fan of being on his back in the pool) and we are looking forward to more lessons
