Highly recommended, small but much cleaner than gl1. Very friendly staff, sessions are sanely scheduled and much easier to book. Coffee shop actually is open

Absolute free for all at the leisure centre during the family swim time. No control whatsoever regarding the children in the pools. They were throwing balls and alarmingly the water weights!! My 9 month old daughter got smashed in the face with one!!!!!!! They also allowed the children to be running and jumping and diving into the pool?! It was like a zoo. Won’t be returning. Really disappointed as was recommend as I was told the ‘training smaller pool’ was supposedly warmer. It wasn’t. My daughter started turning blue the water was that cold and she had a full wetsuit on.

Really nice facilities and changing rooms lots of fun you need £1 coin for the locker. There are hairdryers for everybody changing area is family so unisex would be handy to have a swimming costume spinner and the shower temperature was up and down but overall lots of fun will be coming back.

Tewkesbury has good swimming facilities for a very reasonable price, although the sessions are limited to just 45 minutes, which can feel a bit short. Despite this, it’s still a fun experience, especially for children, as there are beach balls, floats, and inflatables available that they really enjoy. The staff keep the changing rooms clean and tidy at all times, which makes the visit comfortable and convenient. There is also a small soft play area that is free, giving younger children something extra to do while parents relax. The café is quite limited in its choices, which is disappointing if you were hoping for a wider selection of snacks or meals. Even so, we really enjoy visiting Tewkesbury for a short day out. It’s a nice, manageable place for a family swim, and we continue to return regularly even though we live in Cheltenham.
