This facility can not afford to have free carpark so use Euro carpark scammer. Park near facility not erurocarpark, paid for 2 hrs and overstayed - receieved £60 penalty which grows now to £160 due to dissputing with euro caarpark. Well done The arc - you have just lost 3 custommers as we switched to Swindon now - free carpark and better facilities! Replying to below comment. When use Pure gym or Snap fitness we park on paid carpark but for free as we provide Registration plate of our vehicles - this is for stoping everyone using carpark for free. Membership for climbing is double what Gym is so no excuse here. They can do, so why you cannot?

This is a fantastic venue! We had my sons 7th birthday party here today and couldn't be happier with the service that we received. The staff were so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The instructors were great with an overally energetic bunch of 7 year old boys and taught them some great skills. Thank you to Fay and the two guys who helped us, sorry I cant remember your names! We will be back.

Will never climb here again as they use euro parking services who are a scam with no human reachable. Recommend avoiding until they sort. Shouldn't take 45 mins to register and get on the wall either

A great climbing centre well known in Chippenham and the surrounding South West - My friends and I last went there just for bouldering and had a really fun challenge. 2 bouldering zones with varying difficulty (ranging from beginner to 8) but best the centre is for it's top roping, with some decently high climbs and a really great range of routes with auto belay

The Arc is brand new and really well equipped. A lovely cafe with a large deck is stocked with lots of delicious options. The building is fully accessible, with a lift giving access to both levels easily. The staff were very friendly and approachable. The climbing areas are really well lit and ventilated, with 2 bouldering rooms, and 5 lines of auto-belays for when you want to climb and don't have a partner. Highly recommended!
