The Crescent Gardens are a beautiful, secluded, well planned local town park with lots of benches dotted around the flowerbeds & mature shady trees. It's a perfect place to escape the intensity of sun or seawinds when wanting a rest or a bite to eat, usually accompanied by birdsong. An attractive mixture of deciduous & conifer trees keep the Crescent Gardens visually interesting throughout the year, even after the herbaceous borders have lost their colour. Often tranquil with just the sound of the tide & its resident songbirds, it's the best garden/park in Frinton-on-sea.

Lots of space to picnic... Take some shade and blanket/seats. Parking free but difficult to find a space, mainly flat but long slopes to get to the beach... A few shops but not enough.. Public conversation at the bottom of the sloaps at one end and one near the shops.. If you don't like the beach, very lite to do. Lovey place if you like a quit life.
