School trip visit. Unfortunately went during the heatwave which probably made it more uncomfortable that it needed to be. We left early as we couldn’t stretch to a full day here. Very run down and no frills the photos make it look better than it was. Had to buy a student lunch as he’d left it on the bus, no food menu displayed or prices when asked about a sandwich it was just a scrawl on a piece of paper what had been made that day (only 3 tuna sarnies as they crossed one of when I ordered). When the children went to buy an ice cream at the end their were NO prices displayed and were told to give the one we wanted to scan for prices made the whole visit to the shop longer as some children didn’t have enough for the overpriced ice creams. Wouldn’t recommend and we will not be returning. You’d spend at best 1.5-2 hours here. The play area was unkempt and in need of some attention too. Toilets dirty and needed updating also tap constantly running and wouldn’t turn off. Rather disappointing

The living rainforest is a nice experience to see animals and plants you would not normally see. We were greeted by friendly staff. Animals were well kept even got a glimpse of the two toed sloth! The whole rainforest takes about a hour to walk around and for the price we payed £65.50 for a family (2 adults 2 Children) it was a high price. I do understand the ticket is for the whole year which I suppose makes up for the price. I would recommend to buy tickets before going to save £5 Toilets weren’t great. We did have a drink and snacks which were ok and reasonably priced!

We really enjoyed it. Going around with my autistic son. Id say we went around quicker than some. The different foliage was gorgeous. We saw a triangle of 🦥 fur. The armadillo was cute. I have deleted a load of photos before doing this review and a couple of videos such a shame. Once you have bought a ticket you can go around free for a year. So good to combine with other attractions in the area at later date.

Great place for a family trip. Free, easy parking. We had no wait to get in, there was a slight problem with the tickets where the email hadn't sent but the guy on the desk was super helpful & very friendly & it was sorted quickly. It's a lovely place to wander round, not massive but lots to see. Smallish but nice playpark outside. Cafe is good, not expensive & there is an area to eat packed lunches indoors as well as outdoors.

I am disabled and have a mobility scooter which I managed to get round the sections alright. Went with my wife daughter and her husband and to Grand children the price may seem expensive but you can return as many times as you want for a year so therefore it can work out very inexpensive. The staff are very helpful always willing tell you about the animals and plants. All the children that we saw their absolutely love to place and had a fantastic time. The cafe is small but good and they're also is an area there where you can eat your own etc. The are also activities in that same area like pottery and drawing etc. Weather wasn't good enough to use the outside area but that didn't make any difference. If you've got children go they will absolutely love it. I know I will be going again as soon as I can.
