The museum packs a punch given its compact size. It's unbelievable the majority of the artifacts are as old as they are given their incredibly well preserved state and craftsmanship. It's a quick visit given how small it is but it's definitely worth it. The shop has some great finds as well - mostly Japanese inspired.

Great little gallery up near the Circus. Some great bodhisatvas. Nice shop v friendly too. Was half price with national art pass.

Really cool museum with friendly staff! Was so interesting to look at all the artefacts and to learn the history. The art was beautiful. We spent an hour in there.

A really fascinating museum that we. Have visited a few times when in Bath. We really enjoy the interactive room and the Lego trail. The Blossom exhibition was beautiful and thought provoking. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Bath, under 18’s get in free!

Fantastic Museum opposite the Assembly rooms and just off the Circus. Staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and informative. There is a wonderful collection of artefacts displaying how skilled the craftsmen were, with some stunning and beautiful pieces on display. The displays are well laid out, and there is plenty of information about and The staff are willing to help and advise. Some of the pieces are truly ancient. It's definitely worth a visit just a few minutes from the city centre by foot.
