Went yestoday for my daughters 12th birthday i was so dissapointed. 2 hour time slot is no way near enough time to be able to do the slides as que in was shocking. You would think to have a 2 hour slot they would monitor the amount in and out so that you would have a reasonable time to que. The fact we paid £75 for a family of four to be able to take the kids out wow. At that price you would expect to be able to leave in your own time. The staff when we was on the lazy river was to intrested in 2 females and flirting rather than watching the mums put the babys on the sides of the pool. Highly dangerous. Now the toilets wow the amount of toilet tissue and used tampons with blood around one cubical was awful 🤮sorry for the tmi but mums with young children do not need to see this. You would also think this would be monitored. Also two children also got stuck on the slide but did sort this asap and the female staff worker was amazing. So would say ok if you have a offer or part of haf but to pay that crazy amount dont do it you will not be happy.

First time visiting here, overall a great couple of hours! Plenty of lockers/changing rooms (no token/pound coin needed-wrist band with QR code which comes with the booking). Small slides at the beginning for younger children and bigger ones at the top which are great. One note is be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes for a couple of the popular slides but apart from that can't complain about anything. Also multi-storey carpark 2 minutes walk away 👍

First time visit, really cool place! The slides are very impressive, the rapids were fun, and the wave area was brilliant. I'd have given 5 stars but they allow to many people in on one slot creating ques for the slides which can take well over half an hour to stand for. We gave up queuing at one point. On leaving the pool area me and my sons locker glitched on the touch screen swipe leaving us stood freezing for nearly 20 minutes until 2 staff members tried getting the system to work. Also my wife sat in the cafe section whilst we were inside, she was told that the cafe would be opening by a staff member on arrival, though it stayed totally shut for the entire time? If the cafe was open, the lockers had the coin devices that have always been functional and the quantity of people wasn't over congested it'd be a lot better.

Our fifth visit. And I think our last. The queues were terrible for most of the session. For some time there were none of the inflatables you use for the larger rides as they were all in use. The red rocket vertical drop ride was closed and unavailable (same as last time we came). At times we were prevented from entering the wave pool and lazy river, again due to the number of people already in them. The queue for the body ride where you drop into a big bowl was so long you had to wait by a speaker playing very loud music. We have had some great times here in the past although on one previous visit the queues were very bad also. I don't think we'd go back unless the operator limits entry numbers and publicise this. It's a shame as the rides are really good.

Good fun but unfortunately a couple of the rides were closed (torrent and riptide). The other rides were pretty tame but good for younger children, the fastest slide being the rapids. I went on a sunday during the first session and the queues were quite short which i was pleasently surprised about. It was also quite warm inside so didnt feel cold waiting for slides. The facilities in general were clean but the lockers are not the best as many were not locking properly and once you have selected one you cant change it (there were 4 of us and only 2 worked properly so had to cram everything in to avoid going back to reception). Showers were not very powerful but it were clean so ok. The 2 hour session goes very fast so recommend going early to sort out entry and lockers. The crestar seemed to have the longest queue when we went so might want to go on that first if you want to try all of them. A bit slow but great for younger kids, there is a weight limit (think 60kg) so my kids while tall enough couldnt go on it together so for lighter kids an adult may be required.
