I have to say that the girl on the front desk (Sophia according to receipt) couldn’t crack a smile if she tried. The two female staff couldn’t have been less welcoming. I’d be finding better staff. The young man was very helpful. Unfortunately the kids wanted to do it otherwise we’d have spent our money somewhere else. Don’t care what the ride was like.

Thrill coaster at the O2 was absolutely amazing and Karina was super helpful explaining the differences between the different options so my girls 16 & 10 could choose!! Thank you for a fabulous experience Karina!!

I went to the thrill coaster with my cousins and i will never forget it. Bianca and Mynem were spectacular and helped us with everything! I would definitely recommend it and thanks to Bianca and Mynem, we all came out the ride with a big smile on our faces. Thank you for this wonderful service guys. Definitely would recommend.

Transported me back to Sydney. Felt so realistic. The drops were exhilarating, but I still felt safe. Staff were welcoming and nice too. So, overall an experience I would recommend. There’s a choice of experiences so one can return again and again …
