Great place for walking free in the grounds but bit pricey to go into the garden, good tearoom.

Wonderful gardens visited in April. The colours of plants throughout was mind blowing. Well worth a visit. Coffee shop also superb.

Lovely gardens, with plenty to see. It's fairly flat and even, so most people can get around. The house is quite interesting. The guide was less formal than they often tend to be. Coffee shop was good, although the cup size was a little on the small size and the Cornish pasty seemed to suffer from a scarcity of meat.

Beautiful gardens with a wonderful collection of Magnolias, Rhododendrons, and Camelias. Lovely cafe with an extensive selection of cake.

Peaceful and tranquil gardens, and looking delightful this spring. All the staff and volunteers most helpful and friendly. There are benches at various locations along the mainly gravel paths, very pleased to see these. There is a charming walled garden close to the house with a small pond with fish. Dog friendly grounds. There is outdoor seating by the café as well as some tables indoors. A range of cakes and drinks available, and an excellent pasty. Garden tickets £10 if you are a Cornish resident - a fair price.
