What an absolute gem of a place! We had the loveliest time pottery painting today, and honestly, I can't praise the team enough. The three ladies working there were just wonderful—so warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. From the minute we walked in, they made us feel completely at ease. We had our two little ones with us (both under two!), so we were fully expecting a bit of chaos, but they couldn't have been more accommodating. They were so patient, happy to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It's those little acts of kindness that really make a difference, and they had so much patience and understanding. They helped us get settled, checked in on us throughout, and made sure we had everything we needed, all with the biggest smiles. You can tell they genuinely care about making everyone's visit special. The whole place had such a happy, relaxed atmosphere, and we left feeling like we'd spent time somewhere run by people who truly love what they do. We came away with some gorgeous keepsakes, lots of laughs, and really lovely memories as a family. Thank you to all three of you for making our visit so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back and will be recommending you to everyone we know. If you're thinking of visiting, do it—you won't be disappointed!

Such a lovely place, I had the best date there. The lady there was even gracious enough to give me and my partner more time when we went past the 1 hour 30 minute slot! Highly recommend, couldn’t have been easier to book or do. My only suggestion is maybe they could have more of the precise squeezy tubes because a lot of the more popular colours were being used by other customers and it would be great if there was enough for everyone.

I booked a fabric block printing workshop as a family gift experience. When we arrived we had the place to ourselves, we were given thorough guidance and support throughout. The choice of materials, paints and printing designs were of high quality and thoughtfully laid out to give us the most out of our experience. We had such a wonderful time making memories and masterpieces as a family. Can't praise them enough, highly recommend them. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

Another lovely time at Urban Clay. Over the years I have done many different things here, from pottery painting to silver workshops. It’s always a good experience with helpful friendly staff. Yesterday I made a special paw print piece with my dogs paws to treasure and they were brilliant with the dogs and the dogs remained super chilled throughout the process. Thanks again!

My wife and I were given a pottery painting gift here at Urban Clay. We were able to choose an item of unglazed pottery from a large range of sizes and shapes. Although the session was for one and a half hours, we were still painting after a further hour. There was a goodly range of colours, stencils, sponges and implements to make our masterpieces. It was really good fun and the time just flew by. Coffee and delicious cake was available as well. A week later, we picked up our glazed pottery pieces and were delighted with the results. All the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and fun to interact with. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would gladly recommend this to anyone, from ages young to not so young!
