We had the absolute pleasure of visiting here today as a spontaneous adventure after visiting friends near Preston for a wedding. In all honesty, for £10.95 each we weren’t expecting much but I can wholeheartedly say that we were very pleasantly surprised by the variety of animals here. Most of the animals were very friendly and accommodating, coming to say hello at the fences. We’ve been to a lot of zoos and safaris but this was by far the most personal experience we’ve had. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone looking for something to do!

Wow, what a phenomenal place. I had a Capybara Experience today with Mo the Capy and it was breathtakingly magical. The keeper was just as fantastic with a wealth of knowledge, clear love of the animals and they made my meeting with Mo just perfect. The zoo itself is full of a wonderful array of different species and all of the enclosures are exceptional. I can't recommend highly enough. I've had one of the best days ever today. Thanks Wild Discovery, I can't wait to visit again😁.

Hi all, been to this place and we loved it. Nice species and minimal visitors to enjoy the fullest. The animals information was provided in a clear board. Wheelchair accessible and tickets prices are worth enough. Eateries were available at the gates. The problem I had was, it's toilets were at the entrance only and if you are in the middle of zoo there's no way but to hold which was nerve racking for us. Otherwise, all good place. Thanks.

Really great day out, we had our 7 month nephew and 11 year old son and they both had a great time. Its not a massive zoo hence the very reasonable admission price but you can tell all the animals are extremely taken care of. There's no where to eat at the zoo but it's in a big holiday park complex so we There's a restaurant only 5 min walk away.

At first we thought we was in the wrong place but it's in a holiday park so don't worry when you get there as it maybe small but was amazing walking around we went round three times as the girls love it here so many different species of animals to see which was nice as there some I never seen before. There was a lovely little picnic area where we could relax and watch the animals in the trees was a wonderful experience and would deffo recommend this place to everyone the prices to get in wasn't bad either.
