This place is well managed by the gardening team who is competent and committed to integrating the ideas of eco-friendliness and sustainability in the whole garden, blending the modern horticulture ideas in such a historical place in a seamless and beautiful way.

The gardens are lovely. There are a lot of specimen trees from the time when there was a large family home on the site. The old part that remains is great to see and look beautiful. The public toilets are always very clean and the onsite coffee wagon with delicious food is a bonus. Plus a short walk across the gardens takes you to a mature lake with plenty of wildlife.

A beautiful Victorian Garden, nice and quiet. Well maintained grounds. I haven't been to the coffee shop yet, but I understand the coffee is refreshing with lots of goodies to enjoy while listening to birds chirping away. A must try...

A lovely little park, we've only lived in Horley for 30 years and didn't even know of this place. Well maintained and easy access to walk around the lake, a heavenly place to live however the housing estates surrounding the gardens which were once part of a private estate spoils the beauty. Car park spaces are limited.

Very open lovely garden's, place was built during victorian times. Great place to come and walk the dog or simply time to ones self. Free plus parking (limited) and toilet facilities including disabled. Tea/coffee wagon out the front with some seating, there are plenty of places in the gardens too. Well kept and no littering anywhere. Busy times are between 11am and 1pm check on Google before going because parking could become difficult, but people leave all the time so shouldn't have to wait long if you do.
