Second time visiting the centre. Watched a bird of prey display and chatted with the staff who are more than happy to chat about the various birds. Some meerkats too which as always are funny little things to watch.

Really nice visit to Huxley's mainly birds of prey centre yesterday. The centre itself is to the rear of Hillier Garden Centre in Horsham. A fairly good selection of eagles, owls, falcons and hawks etc. Were on display some out in a open walk around for excellent pictures and views of the birds. Flying displays are available at 12 or 2pm and are entertaining, and it's nice to see the birds in more of a natural habitat especially falcons swooping on a lure. Some of the averies that the birds are in are double wired, but it's still possible to take some good pictures.. All on a mid range phone.

Enjoyable and educational couple of hours getting friendly with meerkats, getting quite close to a porcupine, admiring a great variety birds of prey and learning more about all of these animals. Due to the wet and windy weather the two owls in the flying display weren’t keen to fly but actually that made the whole thing quite funny. Really enjoyed feeding the meerkats. If you’ve got kids they will love their visit. Even our group of very long in the tooth “big kids” had an enjoyable time.

Great experience with some really good and worldwide exhibits of birds of prey. I took the grandchildren who along with myself were throughly entertained for a number of hours. A definite visit recommendation from me.

I purchased an Owl & Raptor experience for my wife as a birthday gift. It did not disappoint, she was able to handle several different birds of prey and took part in the flying display. Casper, our experience guide was brilliant, providing many facts about each bird and answered all our questions. Truely stunning birds and an excellent place to visit. Would highly recommend (if you are interested in birds of prey).
