The xcite is very modern but the locker key are not there so I couldn't store my stuff

No lockers available at the time of the visit and it wasn't busy. 2 out of 4 shower cubicle did not had looks on them no soap in the shower rooms. Filthy seats in the reception area

Disappointed with visit. Normallly I visit craigswood or Bathgate but due to convenience on the day I decided to use Winchburgh. Gym small but good enough for cardio I wanted to do. Swimming pool again enough for all I wanted to do. Biggest issue is they have no lockable lockers as there are no keys available. Asked at reception and was told they had no keys as they had been stolen. Told to leave stuff in car. Issue though is how can you go swimming with electronic car keys?? All the other xcite gyms I've visited have lockable ockers yet this newish facility doesn't.

A family member was there for a gym induction which they said was good and it wasn't too lengthy. I only saw the reception area, the vending machine does a nice chocomilk though, that was well worth it

A mixed use facility shared between public and school use. Large sports halls, outdoor pitches, gym and pool with ample changing areas. The thing that lets it down compared to other Xcite venues is the lack of snack machines / food concessions for people attending sports events or swimming lessons
