I recently had reason to visit Yarnton Home & Garden Centre because I was looking for a cantilever parasol for the garden. I had the pleasure of dealing with Emma in the Garden Furniture department and I can honestly say it was an absolute pleasure. Emma was an absolute star throughout the whole process. She was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and highly professional from the very first interaction. Unfortunately, I had to return to the store several times due to issues with my initial purchase, but Emma handled every problem efficiently and with genuine care. What impressed me most was that, no matter what issue arose, Emma remained positive, helpful and focused on finding a solution. She took ownership of the situation, kept me informed and made what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, but Emma is a wonderful example of how it should be done. She is a real credit to Yarnton Home & Garden and I would like to thank her for all her help. I would not hesitate to recommend both Emma and the Garden Furniture department to anyone looking for quality products backed up by outstanding customer service.

I recently visited Yarnton Home & Garden, and I had a really pleasant experience. The garden centre offers a wide variety of plants, gardening supplies, and beautiful home décor items, making it a perfect place to explore whether you’re a gardening enthusiast or just looking for inspiration. The layout is spacious and well-organized, which makes browsing enjoyable and relaxing. I especially loved the outdoor section, where you can find healthy plants and a great selection of garden furniture. The café is also a nice addition — a lovely spot to take a break with a coffee or light meal after walking around. Overall, it’s a great destination for a day out, combining shopping, nature, and relaxation in one place. I would definitely recommend visiting!

Amazing centre selling everything from plants to shoes! Fantastic restaurant although a bit of a wait. Spent 4 hours here

First time going last weekend. Loved the cafe/resturant really kind staff member called Tracey was really supportive and kind - of my allergies and was able to find a dish that i could eat and enjoy. Lovely atmosphere and kindness shown. Great space from all things garden/clothes/furniture for the garden and the tropical fish aquatic department! Great. Good 2 hrs spent having fun and buying some birthday cards. Plenty of parking as was a busy Saturday and not far from Oxford. Recommend if your looking for a day out and need some garden/home supplies.

I took a trip here at the beginning of December. Bought a tree and some decorations. The tree isn’t going to last until Christmas (it’s been cared for but shed most of the lower tier of needles almost immediately) I emailed them to no response. I’ve left a photo of the decoration I bought. Didn’t even make it home before breaking. Bad quality stuff and overpriced. Proper rip off and won’t be going back.
