Amazing experience. For a toldler an an old person, all will enjoy. Stunning view, ample parking space. Best part is the cafe they have. Absolutely fresh cooked food, brilliant coffee. Never to forget the service. Brilliant hospitality. There's also a small food van on the top of the hill where there's a children's park. You can easily spend 4-5 hours with kids.

What a great space this is! 💜 Took my mum here today for a treat and we both loved it. As expected, there is an abundance of Lavender and the views are incredible as the area is located on top a hill. We had some delicious sandwiches and the staff were wonderful 😀 You could easily spend a full day here chilling! Extra special mention to the gentleman named Paul, who greeted us at the front desk when buying tickets - he's enthusiasm and love for his job was beautiful to see. I noticed he was later helping the cafe clear up tables due to them being slammed and you can just tell he's a good guy! ☀️☘️💜 A member of staff even mentioned to me how helpful he always is, and how he's such a respected member of staff . His energy made the trip extra special ☀️

The most beautiful place 🪻❤️ the views are out of this world and every part of the fields is extremely well taken care of, the staff are wonderful and the cafe is the most delicious for food and cakes, it’s an extremely peaceful place to visit, it holds such attention to detail, it’s the perfect day out

Yorkshire Lavender was a pleasant place to visit with my dog, and the setting itself is lovely. However, the attraction was smaller than I expected. It took around 30 minutes to walk through the gardens and lavender fields. The site sits on a hill, it can be quite windy and the paths are uneven and not suitable for disabled people. I visited knowing the lavender wouldn’t be in full bloom yet, and although the plants looked and smelt nice, the overall experience didn’t quite have the “wow” factor I hoped for. It would be wonderful to see more information about the lavender grown on-site, how it’s harvested, and how it’s turned into different products. Adding details about local wildlife would also enrich the experience. I spotted some beautiful insects around the gardens, and a small wildlife or insect information board would be fascinating. There may be large areas of land not accessible to the public, as the site doesn’t feel like the full 60 acres. Opening up more areas — or creating additional nature‑friendly features — could make the visit feel more substantial. Even something like a small animal area for supervised petting, or dedicated wildlife observation spots, could make the day out more fulfilling. Yorkshire Lavender is a pleasant stop, especially for dog owners, but with a few environmentally conscious improvements and more nature‑focused features, it could become a much more memorable attraction.
