We had a fantastic time at Blue Lagoon Swim Centre and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Everything was immaculate, and every member of staff we met was so friendly and welcoming. They really cater for families, which made the whole experience so much easier. There were plenty of baby changing tables, a playpen, and baby seats available so you can safely put your little one down while getting changed. The pool itself was lovely and warm and spotlessly clean. We booked the private VIP pool, which was amazing! It had an Alexa speaker, lights that you could change to different colours, and a fantastic selection of floats and toys to keep the children entertained. After our swim, we visited the café and were pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was. The food was delicious, and they also have a dedicated playroom for babies and children that was clean, well maintained, and packed with toys. Overall, it was a brilliant experience. All three of my children (aged 8, 6, and 9 months) had an amazing time, and the whole visit felt so smooth and stress-free. Swimming with children can often be quite stressful, but Blue Lagoon Swim Centre has clearly thought of everything to make it an enjoyable experience for families. We’ll definitely be back!

Came down to brighton for a few days with friends, hired a private pool for us on our last night and was the best experience we had here. Beautiful room with lovley warm water, free to use inflatables and they even gave us a ball to play water volleyball with. We even got upgraded to the VIP room for free since it was our first time there and it wasn't in use. Highly recommend the blue lagoon!

We had such a lovely experience at Blue Lagoon Warm Water Centre. There was initially a bit of confusion around memberships and the underwater photoshoot, my fault entirely but the owner was incredibly kind and accommodating and made sure we could still go ahead, which we were so grateful for. We already do our babies swimming lessons here and they are absolutely amazing. The team are always so accommodating with our twins, and the pools are always lovely and warm, perfect for babies. The facilities and staff are brilliant and we’ve always felt really supported. The underwater photoshoot itself was such a special experience. Sarah, the photographer, was fantastic, and Beckie, who handled the babies in the water, was absolutely wonderful! So calm, caring and professional, which made us feel completely at ease. Thank you to the whole team for such a positive experience. We couldn’t recommend you guys highly enough.

From the moment I walked in, the team were welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. The space is spotless, modern and really well run, with everything clearly explained and easy to use. Booking was a breeze on the website, check-in was quick, and the whole experience felt smooth from start to finish. My 1 year old loved it and can’t wait to go back! excellent value for money and great attention to detail. It’s the kind of place you instantly want to recommend to friends and family. If you’re in Brighton and considering it, just go you won’t be disappointed! If you have the opportunity the newly established VIP changing rooms are fantastic.
