Love this park, everyone looks after it and they’re super friendly. Deffo for dog walkers. Obviously don’t have your dog off lead if they’re aggressive as there’s been incidents. However, overall it’s a fantastic place. I’ve met so many friends over the years in this park.

Nice walk this afternoon with my dog. Would have given 5 stars if the park was better maintained the pathways around the side's of the park are all overgrown.

Beautiful park, the gardens are fantastic. Oldest oak tree in the country and also has the Calder stone. A great cafe and book shop too. Such a big park you can spend a few hours walking around it.
