Mia is an asset to the organisation going above and beyond to help me, taking the time not rushing me even though extremely busy and made me feel listened to and valued customer. Very good at multi tasking and priortising due to her knowledge and experience. Sarah is amazing lightens up the venue with her smile and personality and makes you feel welcome even if your not feeling motivated on route you do automatically when you see her feel like I've got this. Swimming is great and especially the female lifeguards. Gym and gym great. 1 thing I do not like is free weights now being at front feel like on display with all cardio facing it, preferred it at back of gym.

Tried out the new EGYM and I am very pleased with it. It is a great upgrade to the leisure centre and will definitely be using it more in the future. Mia was a great help too by helping me understand the new change and its benefits. Thanks a lot Camberwell leisure centre!!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the lovely lady called waza at the reception. She was extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Her warm smile and friendly attitude immediately made me feel comfortable. She handled everything efficiently and was very helpful in answering my questions. It’s clear that she truly cares about providing excellent service. She made my visit smooth and pleasant — a great first impression of the place. Highly appreciated!

Nice gym, very spacious and clean looking. The only downside is the changing rooms which are extremely outdated and not always clean. Not all the staff are as friendly as some.

I really love the facilities at camberwell the pool is great and the gym is super spacious, which makes training there really enjoyable. The front of house team are honestly one of the best parts of the place. Big props to Mia in particular, always funny, friendly, and welcoming. The whole team are great and make it such a nice environment to be in
