Too hot inside to do anything, all the staff are using behind their desks so they understand there's a problem but they just dont care about the library users to do anything about it.
Awful system & they take forever to do anything. I’ve been waiting in a queue for roughly 40 minutes just to get a form. Ridiculous! May I add that there are several people sat at their desks doing sweet nothing.
I wouldn't be the best person to compare because I don't visit libraries much. It's located in the center of Cardiff so it's pretty much a place you'll see often if you live in cardiff. It's well organised, fantastically managed and a place where every body will most probably want to visit again. It has a children's section, great books for the kids and toys for the younger ones. Great WiFi service on every floor.
Spacious library for working and studying. It was very quiet and easy to focus. The library has 4 floors. It includes sections with books in minority languages. For tourists like me, there’s even a special section displaying Welsh authors.
nice seating area and sunny to have coffee. enjoy the people walking around. lots of pigeons. very quiet. and cold. big circle in front of library. it is good to pass by there. so many coffee shops and restaurants around
