Amazing, my daughter came for swimming lessons and was petrified, the instructors were amazing and patient. We also came for two 1-1 private lessons which were also amazing I can’t recommend this place enough for swimming lessons.

were in family changing room with me and my little one whos learninh to talk while teenage boys were stood there swearing the whole whole time and while in the baby pool they were throwing a ball that hit myself while holding my baby and the staff member didnt even say anything while in the BABY pool for young children very disappointed

I paid for a membership today and went to the gym, only to find that it was closed. When I spoke to the receptionist, I was informed that the gym would be closed for the next year. This information was not mentioned anywhere on the website when I signed up and paid for my membership. Since the gym was unavailable, I immediately requested to cancel my membership. To make matters worse, I was then charged a £10 membership fee despite never using the gym—not even for a single hour. The customer service has been extremely frustrating. When I called, I was told to contact the gym directly. When I went to the gym, I was told to contact the cancellation team instead. Everyone keeps passing responsibility to someone else, and no one is willing to solve the problem. Charging customers for a facility that is closed, without clearly informing them before payment, is completely unacceptable. This feels very misleading and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and would not recommend this gym based on my experience.

Baby pool was closed, adult pool was absolutely freezing, minimal staff, staff were pouring cleaning products on the floor when myself and my young child were trying to get changed! Not impressed!

I was book in for a swim for a hour i got there , there was too in a lane including me 3 people. I was all new to it but didnt know had too swim round so I got one length & half a swim the lady told me I was in the wrong lane & she swore at me we had a little say I just swim to the end and got out .how stupid it was. If I had read up on line how it works I would have never gone ,so how do people enjoy a good swim when you are restricted on what you can do .
