Second time visiting, we love it here and have only knocked a star off as there was a couple of things that were out of order like the train ride which we were really looking forward to, and one of the dinosaurs wasn't moving anymore which was a shame. Still a fantastic day out and the indoor soft play is the best for the kids!!

We had an incredible time visiting here whilst on holiday in Woolecombe. It was well worth the money! The size of the park is huge! We took my 2 & a half year old niece so we had a pushchair. The park is hilly with steps in places but it was worth the struggle with the buggy because the whole place is AMAZING! Seeing the animals up so close was incredible & there were so many different animals! My highlights were the sea lions & the wolves! The dinosaur park was epic! The dinosaurs are so impressive & my niece was absolutely mesmerised by them. We will definitely return ☺️

We had the swimming experience with Morgan, something that has been on my bucket list for years, and I finally did it on our honeymoon! It was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Mandy (I hope that’s right!), ran the experience and she made it very enjoyable with her friendly personality, Natalie was the 2nd keeper in attendance and she took so many photos and videos for us! Morgan was beautiful, and clearly very happy with his trainers. He was very sweet natured and quickly made us feel confident getting in the pool with him. We were able to play lots of games with him, swim around with him and have photos with him - all of which he was very willing to do for his reward 🐟 afterwards we were able to enjoy a warm shower which was a nice treat as the water was very cold (something to bare in mind). I’m always cautious about animal experiences for ethical reasons but here they are done very responsibly and with animal welfare first. It was easily the highlight of our honeymoon! Thank you

Great day out. Queues in the morning due to slow system and 1 person checking people in. Great for dinosaur hunting and the new Egyptian 'House.' Animals are well cared for. A little expensive for food etc. Bring your own picnic. Cheaper option. Great play area and wet outside dry in play area. Recommend it

My views are mixed about here. There is definitely more room to grow but some things were just not worth giving 1 star. First that had one lady on reception that took about 3 minutes per person to sign in, then we walked along the slope and could see some harbor seals in a tiny area ment for sea lions however the sea lions show was absolutely amazing, next we went to see the leopard and where shocked to find the baboons were very close considering the fact they are the leopard main source of food in the wild and I dreaded to think how stressed they are. After that we went a saw 1 meerkat and learn there was only 2 and that they were get old like most of the park because as we went round there where about 3 pen that said the animals had all die of only age and yet they ate still advertised. However the staff were friendly and them and the sea lion show is the only reason they place gets 2 stars
