Funstation star city has been my children’s favourite spot for games and fun. Recently had an issue with points on my card but Irfan Hussain the branch manager responded to my email promptly and resolved the issue. Great customer service 🙂 will definitely visit again 🙂

Irfan was brilliant in helping organise a children’s party, so helpful in advance on the phone and very organised on the day with everything ready to go. Junaid helped the kids so nicely too. Also witnessed them both looking after another group with SEN and they were so kind and professional. Would definitely recommend this venue for both individual and party visits.

Our family went to Funsation for my son’s birthday, and he and his friends enjoyed it so much that they struggled to leave. The games were exciting, and collecting tickets for prizes made the experience even more fun. It was a great place for the kids to celebrate and have an amazing time together.

Really enjoyed my time at funstation, the kids where extremely happy with their prizes and and help from jaheim. He was very patient and polite. We found it difficult using the card and he came over and showed us how to use it and explained to us that the tickets go straight into the card. 10/10 experience and will definitely be taking the kids back
