Amazing Pool, the leisure waters is amazing for my little one. Staff are always on hand to help with any queries you may have. School holidays they put on an inflatable in the main pool. Very accessible and very child friendly. Very busy in School Holidays.

we are 19 year old girls who enjoy coming to this pool regularly, after today’s encounter we will NOT be coming back. we were in the swimming area and were shouted at by an old lifeguard to follow the rules of that pool which we did. he then proceeded to keep watching us and shouting multiple times “get out of this pool and go to the children’s one!!” embarrassing us. whilst the other people in the swimming lane were not following the rules and he was not shouting at them. He belittled us and shouted at us as if we were children. It was motivated by misogyny and ageism. when we spoke to the manager he laughed in my face when i said i wasn't a confident swimmer and explained the situation to him. we were not apologised to by any staff. we did not make a scene and we spoke calmly, then the lifeguard came over and started shouting at us and arguing. no other lifeguard had a problem with our behaviour or swimming today or ever in the past. This is unacceptable and we felt violated and extremely uncomfortable. the staff handled this horribly and unprofessionally.

Been coming here for quite some time now. Pleasant staff and life guards that always say hi to me. Nice pool, temperature sometimes a little chilly but not too bad once you get in and swimming. Bubble pool nice to relax in after a swim.

After over exerting myself, swimming,Mandi and Jonathan, poolside instructors, were very attentive and helpful. Reassuring to know that staff are so good. Most grateful. Cheers

This place is not good as use to be! i travel twice with kids this month 45 minutes each way cos my little one really like toddler area!!only been told that adults swimming pool open,all slide and kids swimming area closed👎👎👎👎 bare in mind I did phone in advance to make sure they are open! reception staff needs to do their job properly when I got there they the one start giving me an attitude instead of a single apology.i think that is pretty pathetic and stupid to close slides and kids swimming pools during festive season/school holiday etc. I would advise!OWNER SHOULD GET A BIGGER LOCK AND CLSOE EVERYTHING FOR GOOD 👍 that way he will save money on bills and staff wages.
