Council run, so reasonably priced. I bought an Ease card as I live locally and this gets admission discount. The pool and changing rooms were clean, plenty lockers available and well staffed. I haven't used any facilities other than the pool as yet.

I took my granddaughter here a couple of days ago and we both had a great time .. it was her first time in a 'proper' pool. Our local pool at Whitley Bay just gets far too busy and isn't really any good for proper swimming .. playing, yes .. slide and waves, but swimming .. not really

Great Pool Great use of time if you are wanting to get yourself out for a few hours or keep up with your fitness levels. This pool also has a wide variety of diving board sessions that happen quite often throughout the summer holidays, mostly on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturdays The reception team and lifeguards are also really friendly during your stay at the pool.
