A really fabulous and memorable experience at Joss Bay on a bright windy day. My instructor, Zach was really professional and easy to deal with and the two hour lesson flew past. Strongly recommend anyone of any age to have a go at this. Great fun and kept safe by people who know what they are doing.

Booked my son in to have surf lessons- he very much enjoyed the experience, finding the instructor most relatable and has asked to do lessons again next year on holiday. The waves weren’t particularly impressive but for a beginner I imagine it is perfect. The public… some individuals were lacking in intelligence and standing right on the waters edge in the path of surf boards and had to be asked to move away, but I suppose there are idiots everywhere! The lessons were great though and can’t recommend highly enough.

Our 11 year old grandson loved his 2 lessons. We were warned beforehand that the surf was very flat and it might be best to rearrange but we were unable to make any other times. Dave was very friendly and Zack was an excellent instructor-really patient and encouraging. The lessons contained variety which helped maintain his interest. We will certainly be back!
