Was a nice experience. Lovely staff. Been here with my wife on a weekday, wasn't busy. You'd need around 1hr maybe 1.5hr to explore. Loved the part about London experience thru the cart. Managed to get a discounted tickets through airbnb. Worth a visit if you're around. Would give it 4.5/5.

Nice wax museum that can be very crowded, highly advisable to book the tickets online. The figurines: some of them are one of the most accurate i've ever seen and some of them are the worst you could ever imagine. There are many rooms with many themes so you'll have something for everyone. The price is a bit high though.

Came to London from Canada. Had to see Madame Tussaud’s. What a wonderful experience. Took about 90 minutes to walk through at a medium pace, we could have spent longer. There are washrooms throughout the facility. There are also snack stands throughout. The quality was great considering the buildings age. There are lifts for wheelchair access. Air conditioning is hit or miss, but decent enough to keep cool. We really enjoyed our visit. The price for this single attraction is high, but if you combine it with the Eye and aquarium or the other offers it’s well worth it. Had a lot of fun. Enjoy!

Last week, I had the opportunity to visit Madame Tussauds Museum, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. One of the highlights of my visit was seeing the famous Hollywood stars and international celebrities. It was exciting to stand next to some of my favorite actors, musicians, and sports icons and take memorable photographs with them. The museum was well-organized, with different themed sections that made the experience even more engaging. I particularly enjoyed the Marvel and superhero zone, where the figures and interactive displays created an immersive atmosphere. The special effects and creative setups made it feel like I had stepped into a movie scene. Another fascinating section featured historical and political leaders. It was inspiring to see figures who have shaped the world through their achievements and contributions. The educational aspect of the museum added depth to the visit, making it both entertaining and informative. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the experience. The museum was clean, well-maintained, and designed to ensure visitors could comfortably explore every exhibit. The lighting and presentation enhanced the realism of the wax figures, making each display visually stunning. What impressed me most was the level of artistry and dedication involved in creating the figures. Knowing that each wax statue requires months of work made me appreciate the talent and precision of the artists behind them. Every detail, from the clothing to the facial features, was crafted with exceptional care. Overall, my visit to Madame Tussauds Museum was enjoyable, exciting, and memorable. My visit last week exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

We really enjoyed the museum and found it very exciting. The experience itself was fantastic and the exhibits were impressive. However, we had a disappointing experience with the ticket purchase. We bought our tickets online at the entrance, but unfortunately the operator was not very clear. He asked if we wanted to skip the line by paying a bit more for the Fast Track option. We clearly said no, but he still issued our tickets with the Fast Track price. In addition, he gave us two catalogues which we believed were complimentary. Later we realized that they were actually charged at £5 each. We didn’t even want one of them because we didn’t have space to carry it, but it was still added to the bill. At the moment of payment everything happened quite quickly and we didn’t carefully check the total amount. Only later did we notice that we had been charged more than we expected. This situation felt unfair and was quite disappointing. It’s a shame because the museum itself is really wonderful, but this experience at the ticket counter left a negative impression.
