First time but really enjoyed it. Granddaughter thought it was fantastic fun.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone for the party on Sunday. All of the members of staff were friendly and helpful, particularly our party host, Millie and another young man who helped my youngest in the VR and checked on him later on while we were jumping. It was honestly the easiest birthday party we’ve ever had. My son and his friends had an amazing time. A big thank you to Madi in the office as well for your quick replies and support with everything prior.

Great place to take the kids to knacker them out! Kids of all ages love it. Lots of activities and different courses and bouncy things to keep them entertained for hours. Everything looks very safe and well managed and I can honestly say as a parent that’s very important. Some places look dangerous and poorly kept. Rebound is first rate. They do great kids parties too. Another big plus is they’ve decided not to copy other similar places and charge extortionate amounts for drinks and snacks. Rebound’s prices are sensible and the food is quick and good. Hot drinks are good value. Brilliant way to spend a morning or afternoon.

Great open bounce area. Nice cafe. Loads of seating around the side with party rooms for birthdays. The VR suit was an added bonus, my lad loved it. Frendly staff!!. Well worth a visit with your kids on a rainy day!!.

TL;DR - > the staff are above amazing with their energy, their inclusivity and their kindness. > all of the superb bounce-kit is kept very clean, and they have a diverse choice of fun activities for all people, not just the kids! > the pricing is VERY fair > different sessions for different types of people > as a card-holding carer, I was aloud on the kit with my child for free > well worth a visit, but you must book first to avoid disappointment, it is a very popular business. Long Version: I need to ensure anyone reading this are aware of just how amazing this team is. It is with a huge smile that I would like to praise all of the amazing team for everything they’ve done for my child (6y/o AuDHD and sensory sensitive) and I on our visit (October ‘25) to the Ashby-De-La-Zouch branch to make us feel valued, special, and that they delivered a wonderful and personable experience; from the knowledgeable, kind and friendly front of house staff, to the fun, energetic and inclusive monitor staff on the inflatables - I didn’t manage to use the food facilities, however over-hearing how they spoke with other customers clearly shows they’re the right people with the right attitudes, delivering great experiences with the same energy as the rest of the team - a very hard thing in catering! I also opted to not use Rebound’s ‘Autism-Friendly’ session as my child enjoys higher energy activities - the Autism Friendly sessions reduce light, reduce number of people on the equipment, and stop the music to keep sensory overload to a minimum. It’s clear the whole team here possess a real passion for what they do. Hard-working, friendly, knowledgable, inclusive, and importantly kind; I would have loved to shake every one of their hands and thank them personally for all their hard work and friendly energy they put into making our experience honestly one of the best my Son and I have ever had. The facilities were clean and diverse, from the loos, to VR rooms and everything inbetween. Rebound has made a long-lasting impression The private Birthday function rooms, food court, fair sized and free parking,your staff are excellent, kept safe and clean, kind and friendly, fully inclusive, 11/10.
