I have paid a membership fee to use an air conditioned studio for pilates. The air conditioning has been out of action for weeks and we are informed this will be the case for weeks to come. The studio is unfit for use in the present heatwave. No refund of fees has been offered.

I signed me and my son up to the gym and have been using it for the past 4 weeks with no issues at all. The last time I came it was quite busy and was rather abruptly approached regarding my son. The information I received on the induction was not the information I then re received during this conversation. I was questioned about having paid for him in a gym full of others. We left a short time after this occurred due to feeling uncomfortable.

I visited the leisure centre today to sign up myself and my daughter for gym membership. All the staff were so helpful showing us around and explaining the different memberships. One member of staff that stood out was the lady on reception Lilia who was so knowledgeable and friendly even though I had so many questions. She managed to look after all the people coming in while doing our paperwork which was not easy as it was extremely busy and I had a lot of questions.

Rented a football pitch here and was issued a fine in the car park. Although I went into reception and spoke to a member of staff during my visit, no one mentioned that I had to put my car registration number in. Attempted to appeal the fine through the parking company however was told I had insufficient evidence even though I provided a copy of the pitch hire confirmation. I attempted to contact Ringwood Health and Leisure by phone and email however there was no response.

We have been taking our daughter to the Aquababes swimming lessons for about 18 months. The lessons are constantly being cancelled either because Sophie is away/ill and they never provide cover for her, or the pool is too cold for the children to use. We are always given such late notice so I then have to disappoint my daughter who thought she would be swimming. Such a poor provision for swimming lessons.
