My wife and I booked a VIP experience, and Laurie was just a brilliant host. We met six of his beautiful birds of prey, and it was an absolute privilege to be able to interact with them so closely. Laurie really knows his stuff and it was fascinating to learn about these incredible birds - and they clearly love him. We had such a wonderful time and are already booking to go back again.

We had a fantastic morning learning about and flying the birds at Surrey hills falconry. Laurie is inviolate passionate about his birds and they are part of the family. We flew owls, hawks, falcons and hooded vultures and it was a wonderful experience for the whole family. Would definitely recommend.

Huge thanks to Laurie for making time for us to visit this week. We went as a family of 4, kids 11 and 15, and we all loved it. We got lucky with a sunny day as it's located in some lovely grounds of a golf course in a pretty part of Surrey Hills. Laurie gets everyone to have each bird sit on their arm. Later on they fly into your arm for feeding. Watching a vulture fly towards you like that is quite something. All through this we just chatted to Laurie, who naturally puts you at ease, and has expert knowledge and a very obvious passion for caring for and nurturing his birds. Thanks for the pub recommendation, Laurie, the nearby Parrot pub served the best lunch we've had for a while!

A fantastic experience learning about a selection of birds! Laurie is friendly, passionate and has an excellent knowledge of all his birds of prey. We met and held 6 different owls, falcons, hawk and a vulture! The animals are clearly very well cared for. It was terrific to learn about them - and especially to have our misconceptions of vultures corrected. Very humbling to have such majestic birds land on your arm! A terrific experience to get up close and learn more about these magnificent creatures. Would highly recommend. We also stopped in the hotel restaurant afterwards for a cup of tea and sausage roll by the fire to warm up. Lovely!
