We came here for a friends birthday and had lots of fun. They gave him a pink race suit which was a good laugh. Luke was great and gave me some really good advice that helped me get my lap time down by 10 seconds from the first to second session (though there were lots of red flags in the first so it was hard to get a solid lap in). I would come again and will definitely try another one of teamsport’s locations as this one was great fun.

Israel David Fregel Méndez, traveled all the way from the Canary Islands (Spain) and visiting this venue was the biggest mistake of my trip. I went with my elderly father, Israel Fregel González, hoping for a nice day out. After charging us £100 upfront, the staff decided my father couldn't race due to his physical difficulties. Instead of being professional, they denied both of us the right to race—despite having already taken our money.They looked me in the eye and promised a full refund to my card within 10 days. It was a blatant lie. It has been almost a year and I have received nothing. It is clear they saw us as easy targets: tourists who wouldn't be able to come back and protest in person.They didn't just ruin our day; they literally stole £100 from a son and his father. If you are a foreigner or have any kind of physical needs, AVOID THIS PLACE. They are happy to take your money, but they have zero integrity when it comes to returning it. Disgraceful service. Great track, great cars. What made me write this review though is the instructor who is so positive and goodwilled. The lady on reception was also really nice and friendly. The other people working here are good as well, I really felt comfortable with how safely and diligently they did things. Very pleased to have come and I hope to come again.

So took a 30 minutes to check in and be walked to the gate and then was told to wait as to many people was in the session which shouldn’t havnt happend and then when next session came we was told we have to reschedule for 40 minutes later which is awful and then we went back to the reception with the lovely help of the staff in the front we was told by a manager to go back in so we did to give them a second chance. Then jack the white male with glasses shouted at my partner saying “ you don’t come in until I tell you to” and blatantly blanked her when she was speaking to him about what she was told about the desk. Dreadful experience didnt even get to go cart and also u have to pay for a balaclava that is mandatory?????? And they threw away my drink . 😡

I’ve been coming to this place since 2022 and each time I go there it’s been an absolutely fantastic experience, not just from the racing perspective and being on the track but the treatment from the entire team. It’s been a fantastic family activity each and every time birthdays other occasions. It was recently my youngest son’s eighth birthday and the whole experience With my entire family wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Kieran. What an absolute sound Guy he went above and beyond to make it happen it was such a wonderful experience. It was my first experience having my entire family on the track and it certainly won’t be my last. Kieran, you made it a very special day for my son and for that I thank you and the entire team. wonderful experience wonderful customer service and even a callback from Kieran just to check up on how their experience was was absolutely fantastic. See you guys again soon!!
