I am being over charged - the staff at the centre could not care less. I have filled out TWO Online compalint forms with head office, the automated reply says that someone will reply in 3 days.... I have been waiting 13 days so far. I had this same issue 2 years ago and it took over 6 weeks for them to rectify but the number one issue with this company is a total and utter lack of customer care - they literally just take your money and ignore you! Utterly disgusting. If you have any other option for a leisure centre then take it! I will be making a report to Trading Standards.

The pool is excellent, average temperature. Modern facilities clean and all working. Staff friendly and helpful. Jacuzzi is brilliant. Easy parking. Really enjoyed my swim.

I've put off visiting this place due to the negative reviews. However, I finally tried it and it's a really good place for swimming. Lane swim is set up great. All staff who I have spoken to have been really friendly and professional. On my first visit the lady on reception even offered to lend me a pound for the lockers!!!! I find the changing rooms clean and tidy. I'm so glad I finally have a great local place to swim.

I went for a swim recently. The pool was nicely heated and not busy for lane swimming. The lifeguard Nathan was very helpful and friendly. They have a hot tub and smaller pool too. Also a gym and coffee area. The showers and changing rooms were clean. They offer hair dryers too. I plan on going back for an Aqua gym class.

50 station gym, 25m pool, toddler pool, 4 court sports hall, small hall, 2 studios, crèche, children's activities and parties, café area, 55+ activities. Managed by Better.
