I normally order seeds and grow on myself but was a bit late this year so decided to order two different 1L plants. They arrived really well packaged and in fantastic condition. 100% Recommend Update: Here's a photo of the plants 6 weeks later !

Always buy my seeds from here and I always have success. More so this year as I'm learning more every year and manged to prevent sun damaged plants this time round. If you're struggling with growing, dont be afraid to pop in like I did and they are very welcoming and helpful with experienced knowledge

My first time at the chilli farm and the man there was incredibly helpful, he told my girlfriend and I where everything was and invited us to try the tasters. We ended up getting two chilli pants, both were incredibly healthy, some chilli chocolate and hot chilli jam which tasted incredible. Luckily he gave us some information on how to care for the plants as it's my first time growing them and even gave us a free chilli hot chocolate :D

Ordered 2 x selections of chilli seedlings. They arrived timely, well packaged and are very healthy looking plants. I normally buy my seeds from here and germinate them myself but I didn’t have the chance this year. It makes a pleasant change to start caring for them at this stage. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also the chilli feed is wonderful and well worth buying 👍

Terrible customer service. I really wanted to be able to write a good review as I love everything to do with chilli’s and like the content on the website. Unfortunately though I am giving a bad review due to the terrible customer service. I received my plug plants over a week ago and on receipt the package was badly damaged and the chilli’s inside were crushed to the point one had completely snapped at the stem. I managed to salvage all but this one plant. I have reached out multiple times to try and get a replacement plant for the damaged one but no response whatsoever. I have tried 2 email addresses and even tried to call and got only voicemail. Over two orders I have spent £50 and I am only asking for the damaged plant to be replaced or refunded but cannot get a response. This is totally unacceptable. *UPDATE* After posting this review South Devon Chilli Farm contacted me and sent me a replacement order. These have been received and are in good condition. I have changed my review due to satisfactory outcome. I have not given 5 stars due to the fact the dispatch email states any problems reply to this email and I did not get a reply to 3 emails sent in over a week, until after i posted a review. I appreciate it went to junk mail, but this could be the same for any customer and maybe should be monitored. Other than that I am very happy with the outcome.
