Visit websiteA bit of a hidden gem in the Birmingham area, a lovely walled garden with espalier fruit trees, herb and vegetable gardens, and orchard. Very dry when I visited (August 2026, and although the gardens had suffered as a result of four months without rain, but still a lovely place to walk around for an hour or so
A 'hidden' gem. A beautiful experience and a lovely team of volunteers made the visit so pleasant. The plant selection and arrangement may not suit everyone's taste but I just loved it.
Really lovely place. I love the natural look & feel of the gardens & the cafe is very quaint. It was also fairly quiet for hot bank holiday. Will definitely come again.
A wonderful outdoor space, with something to interest all ages. Although I'm originally a local Brummie, I wish I'd known of this fabulous place before I moved away. Stayed at the hotel overnight & spent an hour or so strolling around these beautiful gardens after breakfast. The staff were all so friendly & welcoming. Enjoyed a lovely coffee in the cafe, couldn't resist having a couple of slices of lemon drizzle cake to takeaway, it was a hard decision which cake you choose. Plenty of other options in cafe too. A small gift shop too, offering products made from the fruit grown in the gardens, stunning carved wood from old trees in the grounds & potted plants. A gorgeous morning in a gorgeous haven.
A lovely place to visit with children. There's a surprising amount of activities including a mud kitchen and adventure playground. The Easter egg trail and Easter craft workshop were an added bonus. The café is also very good and reasonably priced
