Cute little sandy beach tucked away behind a hill that does an excellent job of blocking the wind. In fact, the hill is so protective that even the breeze seems to need a reservation to get in. The only downside on the day we visited was the seaweed, which appeared to have organised a large family reunion along the shoreline. A bit more seaweed than sand in places for my liking, but still a pleasant spot to relax

Margate beach is one of the best! Beautiful sunsets, a lovely place to chill and more! You can fun, come anytime open 24 hours a day although it has murky sea water and I was disappointed with all the rubbish left yesterday you can see in one of the pictures, please put more rubbish bins there was plenty left on the beach and even picked out a few from the water, have some respect please!

Margate Beach has honestly been one of the best beach experiences for me. Unlike many pebble beaches, this one has soft sand which makes it perfect for walking, relaxing, and just enjoying the seaside comfortably. What made it even more special was the tidal swimming pool within the sea. It felt like a natural little lagoon where you can safely walk through the water such a fun and slightly adventurous experience at the same time. It almost feels like you're walking inside the sea rather than just along the shore. The whole vibe of Margate is lively yet peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind and have fun at the same time. Definitely a must visit if you’re looking for something a bit different and memorable!
